This EULA agreement governs the acquisition and utilization of our Privacy Zone software ("Software") directly from Privacy Zone or indirectly through an authorized Privacy Zone reseller or distributor (referred to as a "Reseller").

Before proceeding with the installation process and using the Privacy Zone software, we urge you to carefully review this EULA agreement. It grants you a license to employ the Privacy Zone software, provides details regarding warranties, and outlines liability disclaimers.

If you decide to register for a free trial of the Privacy Zone software, this EULA agreement will also apply to that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Privacy Zone software, you are affirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to be bound by the terms laid out in this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you possess the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you lack such authority or disagree with the terms and conditions presented in this EULA agreement, please refrain from installing or using the Software and do not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement pertains exclusively to the Software provided by Privacy Zone, irrespective of any references or descriptions of other software herein. These terms also extend to any Privacy Zone updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless accompanied by separate terms upon delivery. In such cases, the accompanying terms will apply.

By means of this EULA agreement, Privacy Zone hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the Privacy Zone software on your devices.

On computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets that you own or manage, you are allowed to install the Privacy Zone programme. You must make sure that your device satisfies the system requirements in order for the Privacy Zone software to work on it.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Modifying, editing, altering, adapting, translating, or making any changes to the Software in whole or in part. You must not allow the Software, in whole or in part, to be combined with or integrated into any other software, nor should you attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, or make any such attempts.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, reselling, or using the Software for commercial purposes.
• Permitting any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any other third party.
• Employing the Software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Using the Software for any purpose deemed by Privacy Zone to be a breach of this EULA agreement.

Privacy Zone shall retain ownership of the original Software as downloaded by you, as well as any subsequent downloads of the Software. The Software and all intellectual property rights therein (including any modifications) are the property of Privacy Zone.

Privacy Zone reserves the right to grant licenses for Software use to third parties.

This EULA agreement becomes effective upon your first use of the Software and continues in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by providing Privacy Zone with writing notice.

This agreement will also be automatically terminated if you fail to comply with any of its conditions. All licences granted under this EULA agreement shall terminate upon termination, and you undertake to cease all access to and use of the Software. Provisions that are designed to survive termination will continue in effect.

This EULA agreement, along with any disputes arising from or related to it, is subject to interpretation and enforcement in accordance with the laws of the United States.
